To provide supportive service programme, training skills, adequate housing, educational assistance, needed to prepare all youth and young adults, including who identifies as LGBTQ+ and/or diagnosed with a mental health disorder, to successfully transition from foster care to adulthood and live stable and independent lives while managing their mental health symptoms.

MISSION

To prepare all youth and young adults, before and after emaciation from foster care, including who identify as LGBTQ+ with or without a mental health diagnosis, for adulthood by providing program flexibility, responsiveness to needs, case management, training for self-sufficiency, and sustained housing.
